Cardlink has been a business partner of MTA’s for many years now and has consistently offered the lowest rates in the industry on merchant service fees on their charge cards for MTA members. Many members are saving hundreds to thousands of dollars per annum on this benefit alone.

Debtorinfo has been a strong supporter of MTA and their events over the past few years. MTA is pleased to partner with this innovative organisation which offers an online debt management service that members can try out for a three month FREE trial. A long time partner and supporter of MTA, EFTPOS New Zealand has been working with them for the past 10 years. Each year EFTPOS New Zealand contributes to MTA’s training fund and gets involved with member events such as their annual Get Away. EFTPOS New Zealand offer members competitive rates for merchant service fees (if all EFTPOS services including terminal rental are with them).

finda.co.nz is an online directory that consumers use to find a product or service, and have been partnered with MTA since 2009. MTA members have a free listing entitlement which highlights MTA membership and they also receive a nice discount off the rate card for all products.

Changes to electrical regulations have resulted in increased demand for compliance in the workplace. MTA has approved and recognised Jim’s Test & Tag as a national service provider for members to provide an electrically-safe workplace. 

Marsh have partnered with MTA for over 20 years and are one of their longest serving business partners. A change of insurer towards the end of 2007 has meant improved service, coverage, claims processes and a decrease in premiums for many of our members. Marsh have tailored competitive packages across the board.

MTA has enjoyed a strong relationship with Motorweb for many years. Through Motorweb, members can purchase Vehicle Information Reports (VIRs) and on-sell them to customers wanting thorough background checks on the service, ownership and financial history of the vehicle they are wanting to buy.

SAM proudly support MTA events at a regional and national level and also offer members a fantastic saving on their various software systems. In 2006, MTA and SAM jointly launched a benchmarking programme to repairer members (which is an industry first in New Zealand) and both parties are committed to making this service even better.
