Note – there is a cancellation policy for all registrants.
In the event that you are not able to attend MTA Get Away 2013, 18-19 October 2013, the following charges will apply for all cancelled registrations for all attendees (members and sponsors):
- Up to one month from the event, up until 18 September 2013 – no charge.
- Between one month and two weeks out from the event – from 18 September to 4 October 2013 – 50 percent fee.
- After 4 October – 100 percent fee.
If you are able to find a replacement attendee then no charge will apply.
During MTA Get Away 2013, MTA will be taking promotional photographs for use in future internal and external media. These photos will not be intrusive. If you are not happy for your image to be used in any way then please advise Anna McGeorge, before 18 October 2013.
