Mediation / MTA promise
When a Customer uses an MTA Member, they can be assured of receiving high quality service - in fact all Members must sign up to the Association's Customer Promise and Code of Ethics. In the event of a disagreement, a Customer can use the MTA Mediation Service to help resolve the issue.

MTA's Mediation service is intended to address Customer grievances with MTA Members quickly, effectively and fairly. The process helps both sides come to an agreement - not to decide for them what should be done.
