2012 new and improved website

It’s now easier to find your way round, there's more tools and information that’ll make it easier than ever to stay up to date with the latest industry information. But best of all, our new site will do a much better job of promoting members as trustworthy and professional.

So what’s changed?

The first thing you may have noticed is that we have spruced-up the homepage with a whole new look and feel across the site.

The structure of the whole website has also changed. We’ve made it easier to find what you need to help you run your business and stay informed of the latest automotive industry trends and information. We’ve also created mega-menus across the top and quick links at the bottom so you can get to where you need to go faster.

What about the members only section?

All these changes are to both the public and members areas. So you still login in the same way as usual, in the top right corner of all pages. We have however made some of the information more accessible before you need to login.

Key changes

1. Navigation

We reckon you’ll easily be able to find what you’re after – either information on repair articles, industry news, the latest member rates and discounts, or the members chat area to share ideas. You can navigate your way round using our drop-down mega-menus and the bottom quick links.

2. On the road

We’re really excited to bring motorists a number of super useful information and tips on things like how to save fuel, summer and winter driving tips, driving at night, and caring for tyres. We will promote members here as well.

3. My MTA

We think this area is impressive. It groups together everything you would need to do your job or run a business. For example, find employment or business advice, the latest deals on offer, or check out our range of resources.

4. MTA Matters

This area contains everything related to your MTA membership around MTA rules, administration, code of ethics and standards, plus much more. There’s also a members chat area and a buy and sell section.
